- You must submit a new ticket for each new task
- 1 ticket per task
- Please use an appropriate title and use bullet points for the changes/edits required
- Please add the url of the page that needs editing
- ALL related files must be attached/uploaded to the ticket
- You can upload files but if the file is too big please use a drop box link
- Only email direct if you can not access the support ticket, emails can get lost, or not delivered so for tracking the ticket is best.
