You can update the WHOIS address by logining into your bigfanta.com account:
(1) Login to bigfanta.com/cp
(2) Select "My Domains" from the "Domain" menu
(3) Click on the respective domain from the domain list
(4) Click "Login to control panel"
(5) Click "Change Contacts"
