FAQs

Why is there a 12 month minimum commitment?

With this service the risk is on us as we do all the upfront work to setup your site, pages and designs, there for a 12 month commitment is more cost effective for you as we can help and support you.

 

What happens after the 12 months commitment?

Most customers continue with the service because a support team is always required to help and support your business as it grows. However if for any reason you do no wish to continue you have a few options. You may close the account or we can put you on a hosting only service which means you pay for only the hosting and no service and support should you wish to attepmt to support your community with out our support serivices. Our services are also available on adhoc requiments should you need them.

 

What happens if I miss a payment?

Your service is setup as a monthly recurring payment. The system wil process the payment automaticly with your allocated payment method. In the event that a payment is not received services will be suspended. 

 

How do I get access to support?

You will have access to http://www.bigfanta.com/cp control panel where you can submit support tickets. All communication is logged for reference so that any member of the support team can action your request.
